What happens after I submit the form?
Once your custom order request has been submitted, I will provide a mock-up to confirm the concept. If the request needs additional information, I will of course contact you prior to the mock-up for more details.
Once the mockup is approved, you will be responsible for paying in full before I get started.
How do I collect my order?
All items must be picked up at 1880 Frankford Road, Frankford, Ontario
What is the return policy for custom orders?
Please always review the mock-up carefully before confirming. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
What is the turnaround time for a custom order?
Time around time for custom signs is approx. 18-21 days
